I am Peruvian-German, with an international professional trajectory shaped by business, marketing, operations, customer service, retail, migration, professional reconstruction, continuous learning and a constant search for direction.

I have lived and worked across Latin America, the United States and Europe. That experience has shaped the way I read cultures, markets, opportunities, responsibility and change.

That combination is the foundation of FkEilers: a platform where I bring international experience, strategic thinking, faith, analysis and lived experience into order to offer clarity, judgment and direction in times of change.

My trajectory crosses Latin America, the United States and Europe. It has not been linear, but it has been cumulative: each stage has given me a different way to understand people, markets, systems, work, family, adaptation and change.

Living across regions does not only change language or environment. It changes how you read trust, opportunity, responsibility, culture, risk, future and belonging.

That international reading sustains a central part of my professional perspective: understanding that contexts are not interpreted only through data, theories or headlines, but also through experience, culture, operations and human reality.

My professional perspective does not come only from books, courses or analysis. It also comes from working with products, customers, suppliers, inventory, pricing, margins, customer service and concrete commercial decisions.

In real business environments, clarity does not appear only in strategic plans. It appears in small, repeated and concrete decisions: which product enters, which product rotates, which customer returns, which supplier responds, which margin sustains the operation and which signal the market is showing.

That experience has helped me look at business through an uncommon combination: strategic thinking, commercial sensitivity, customer observation and practical understanding of operations.

Within FkEilers, that foundation especially feeds The Growth Journey, the professional and strategic dimension through which I work on business, data, international markets, market intelligence and decisions.

I am developing a professional evolution toward Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Market Intelligence and applied analysis. This direction does not replace my previous experience: it brings it into order and makes it more visible.

The value is not in presenting tools as an end in themselves. Python, SQL, Tableau, dashboards and data analysis matter when they help read reality more clearly, ask better questions and support better decisions.

That is why my professional positioning sits at the intersection of International Markets, Strategy and Market Intelligence. I am not aiming to be “pure data,” but to connect business, data, strategy, international context and applied judgment.

My trajectory is not only shaped by work, markets or education. It is also shaped by migration, family, faith, restart, responsibility and reconstruction.

That inner dimension does not turn FkEilers into a religious space or a motivational brand. But it does explain why themes such as direction, character, responsibility, service, family and reconstruction appear as a real part of my perspective.

My Christian faith is not a public decoration. It is part of the root from which I try to live, decide and serve. In FkEilers, that root must be expressed with sobriety, judgment and respect for the context of each space.

These signals are not meant to inflate authority. They help clarify where I speak from, what experience sustains my view and why FkEilers is not born only from ideas, but also from work, trajectory and real reconstruction.
